reefs, super mellow beachies and more sunshine than we can shake a stick
at.. its no wonder Morocco is
a Surf Sistas favourite! Just a short flight from the UK and then we
will be soaking up everything Morocco’s amazing culture and beaches
have to offer.
Each day our Surf Sistas team led by Head Coach Natalie Fox (seen above
cruising a fun wave at immesouane) will help you get the most out of
your surf time. Whether you are a complete beginner, or you have some
experience and are looking to take your surfing to the next level, this
is the trip for you!
Our
gorgeous boutique surf villa right on the beach is the perfect place
to relax after a day of surfing. There you can relax by the pool, enjoy
dips and drinks at sunset, indulge in our own personal hammam and then
sit down to a fabulous evening meal to talk waves (and other important
issues!) with your fellow Surf Sistas.
Every morning Amy Swanson will hold a Pilates session in the rooftop
studio overlooking the ocean to help us all get our muscles ready for
surfing.
Everyone joining a Surf Sistas Morocco holiday will receive a fabulous
Oakley surf goody bag including your own pair of Oakley sunnies!

Surfing
Our boutique Villa on Banana Beach is in walking distance of some of
Morocco’s most consistent waves. On our doorstep is Banana point,
Onze and Douze peel away to the South, while the beach breaks of Devils
Rock and Crocodiles are just around the corner to the North. Whether
we head to one of these breaks or make a short drive north or south
we will always find the best waves of the day for your ability.
Natalie
Fox our Surf Sistas Head Coach will be on hand all week to provide tuition
tailored to your ability.
Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn to surf, an intermediate
wanting to make some real progression, or you are just looking to enjoy
some waves in the sun with some good tips & encouragement then this
trip will be perfect
for you. With multiple vehicles we are able to split the group when
necessary to make sure that everyone surfs the right waves for them!
Boards and wetsuits are available for hire if you don't bring your own.
If you are not sure what you need then Nat is on hand to select the
right board for you.
Accommodation
Surrounded by exotic flowers and located right by the beach our lovely
villa is truly a Surf Sistas paradise.

indoor lounge area.

highlight! The Moroccan surf village of Taghazout is just 5 minutes
drive north and Agadir is 15 minutes away to the South. Transport is
available at all times.
Pilates
Amy Swanson,
our resident Pilates Goddess will be with us to help you make the most
of your time in the water.
Her morning Pilates sessions held in our rooftop studio overlooking
the ocean, will develop your mind/body connection, heighten your proprioception
and balance, use your deep core stabilisers, lengthen tight muscles,
strengthen others, focus your mind and get your blood pumping ... phewee!

We do not book your flights but we will recommend specific flights to
Agadir or Marrakech airports for you to purchase. The free airport transfer

Marrakech so that you can take advantage of cheaper fares. If you have
any questions about these transfers or coming to the villa via another
route just drop us a line. You can fly to Morocco from London, Manchester
and Birmingham.
Visas are not required for British and European passport holders for
stays up to 90 days. Passports must be valid for three months from the
date of entry into Morocco. South African passport holders need to obtain

We are happy to recommend some great
Riads in marrakech if you wish to stay there for additional days, it
is also possible to extend your stay in Bananna Village.. please ask
when you book.

call charges. Coverage is good. There are also an abundance of public
phones, coin and cards, in Taghazout. International call charges are
relatively cheap.

The Moroccan currency is the Dirham. Dirhams can only be obtained within
Morocco. There are exchange facilities in the airport as well as ATMs.

Clothing:
Morocco is regarded as one of the most tolerant of all Muslim countries
and women don’t get hassled too much particularly in tourist cities
like Agadir or relaxed villages like Bananna Village. Swimming costumes
and bikinis are normal on the beach but it is advisable to cover up
arms and legs when walking around the village and town.
Shorts and tees and flip flops
are the norm. Trousers and jumpers are sometimes needed particularly
in the evenings which can be chilly.
