Big Friday Morocco
Autumn 2011 Dates: 19-26 November, 2011
Spring 2012 Dates: 27th March - 3 April 2012
Join us for our week long Autumn and Spring surf
adventures to Morocco! We'll be checking the waves from the
terrace of our beachfront Villa in Taghazoute and taking you to the
best breaks every day to suit the conditions and your ability.
Surfing
Taghazoute boasts the epic Anchor Point and is bang in the
middle of the action, so whether we head to a nearby village or make
a short drive north or south we will always find the best waves of the
day. Mellow beach breaks… heavy hollow reef breaks… rolling
point breaks… you choose ..
Our
coaching team will be on hand all week to provide tuition tailored to
your ability.
Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn to surf, an intermediate
wanting to make some real progression, or you are just looking to enjoy
some waves in the sun with some good tips & encouragement then
this
is a great opportunity to benefit from group and 1:1 tuition.
With multiple vehicles we are able to split the group when neccessary
to make sure that everyone surfs the right waves for them! Boards and
wetsuits are available for hire if you don't bring your own.

Agadir or Marrakech airports for you to purchase. The free airport transfer

Marrakech if needed. If you have any questions about these transfers
or coming to the villa via another route just drop us a line. You can
fly to Morocco from London, Manchester and Birmingham.
Visas are not required for British and European passport holders for
stays up to 90 days. Passports must be valid for three months from the
date of entry into Morocco. South African passport holders need to obtain
a visa from the nearest Moroccan embassy.
We are happy to recommend some great Riads in Marrakech
if you wish to stay there for additional days, it is also possible to
extend your stay in Taghazoute .. please ask when you book.

Nearly all European networks work in Morocco. Contact your network for
call charges. Coverage is good. There are also an abundance of public
phones, coin and cards, in Taghazout. International call charges are
relatively cheap.

with a good connection in Tagahzoute,a few minutes walk from the Villa.

Morocco is regarded as one of the most tolerant of all Muslim countries
and women don’t get hassled too much particularly in tourist cities
like Agadir or relaxed villages like Taghazout. Swimming costumes and
bikinis are normal on the beach but it is advisable to cover up arms
and legs when walking around the village and town.
Shorts and tees and flip flops are the norm. Trousers
and jumpers are sometimes needed particularly in the evenings which
can be chilly.
