Our snow trips are back and we have partnered again with the lovely folks at rudechalets™ and Oakley to bring you a fantastic ski/snowboard holiday for 2012. Come on your own, with your partner or with friends and enjoy an amazing week in the mountains with Big Friday!

Our Location
Morzine is part of the Portes du Soleil, 650Kms of incredible high altitude terrain for all standards of skiers and snowboarders. Based in Morzine, nestled between Les Gets and Avoriaz, we have easy access to both the French and Swiss Alps.

Accommodation
Our home for the week, rudechalets™ awesome Chalet Christophe, is a beautifully designed modern chalet 500m from the Prodains lift. The floor to ceiling windows of the open plan lounge and dining area provide stunning views up and down the valley.

The chalet sleeps up to 20 people in ten ensuite twin/double rooms. All bedrooms have LCD screens and Xbox 360 games consoles for games and movie watching. All the bedrooms are ensuite twins or doubles.



Other chalet features include a hot tub, wifi, XBOX Kinect, Walkie Talkies for guests to take up the mountain, guest computer, Satellite TV and table football. log fire, guest computer, boot driers, table football, log burner, ipod dock and walkie talkies.

Eating and Drinking
Half board at chalet Chapelle includes hearty breakfasts, unlimited hot drinks, afternoon tea with freshly baked cakes, and delicious three course evening meals with unlimited local wine.

Oakley on Board
We are delighted to announce that Oakley are on board with us again for 2012 and will be supporting our snow trips as well as our surf adventures. Every guest on our 2012 snow trips will receive a fantastic Oakley snow goody bag, and we have some other suprises up our sleeves as well!

BOOKING:

Big Friday Snow for £569 per person includes:
- Return airport transfers from Geneva Airport.
- 1 week chalet accommodation in twin or double ensuite rooms.
- 6 days half board:
  - Breakfast (porridge, cereal, fresh bread, eggs, preserves, juices, warm croissants).
  - Afternoon tea (freshly baked cake, fresh bread and preserves).
  - Three course evening meal including unlimited local wine (on chalet staff day off, breakfast and afternoon tea only.)
- Free wifi & use of in chalet computer
- Free use of Walkie - Talkies
- Music & Movie Media Centre with camera picture and video upload facility
- Free organisation of lift passes, equipment hire, ski/snowboard school.
- One day of mountain hosting

FLIGHTS and AIRPORT TRANSFERS
You will need to book your own flights. The free airport transfer we provide is to/from Geneva Airport.

Your transfers can be arranged at anytime so if you would like to arrive early on the 11th to get onto the slopes that is no problem. You will be able to move into your room from 3pm and in the meantime there will be somewhere for you to change and leave your luggage. Similarly you can leave at anytime on departure day.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL
A doorstep ski rental service with a great range and competitive prices will save you the hassle of queueing at the ski rental shop. All ski & snowboard equipment will be delivered to the chalet and fitted in the comfort of the chalet ski room.

Snowboards can be rented from the on-site Burton Snowboard Test centre which is fully stocked with a diverse range of brand new 2012 snowboards and bindings and Big Friday guests benefit from a 25 euro discount on week long snowboard rentals.

6 days skis/boots/poles = from 75 euros
6 days snowboard & bindings rental = 75 euros (Big Friday guests will receive a 25 euro discount!)
6 Days snowboard boots = from 35 euros
6 day helmet rental = 19 euros

Payment is required upon arrival in euros (debit/credit card).

LIFT PASSES
Pre-order your lift passes with us and save time queueing at the lift pass office when you arrive. Your pass will be at the chalet waiting for you! Pay in cash (euros) during your stay.

1/2 day Porte du Soleil lift pass = 37 euros
1 day Porte du Soleil lift pass = 43 Euros
6 day Porte du Soleil lift pass = 216 euros
7 day Porte du Soleil lift pass = 243 euros

5 hours Avoriaz only lift pass = 30 euros
1 day avoriaz only lift pass = 35.50 euros
6 day Avoriaz only lift pass = 155 euros


There is an additional 3 euro charge for electronic tagging which means you do not require a photograph. If you can provide a Portes du Soleil lift pass from a previous year we can swap it for a new pass at no additional cost.

Which Lift Pass do I need?
The Portes du Soleil lift pass is for people who have done 2+ weeks or adventurous beginners. The Portes du Soleil covers 650 km of marked pistes in the French and Swiss ski areas of Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz, Chatel, Crozet, Champoussin, Champery, Morgins & Torgins.

The Avoriaz lift pass is good for beginners. The Prodains lift which is 500m from the chalet takes you directly up to Avoriaz and the Avoriaz ski schools meet at the top of this lift.

Payment
Pay a £200 deposit now and the remainder 10 weeks prior to departure.
