Coasteering

This is the one you may not have heard of and it’s so much fun! Coasteering is an exciting, emerging sport relatively new to Cornwall. It involves groups of people paddling out around a headland and doing as much adrenaline pumping, mad stuff as possible. You’ll be scaling cliffs, jumping into pools and discovering areas of the cliffs that aren’t accessible from any other route. You can be sure you’ll be smiling all day!

Coasteering is a great activity for bigger groups of mates and you can have a video specially filmed so that you can entertain your colleagues with your coasteering exploits when you return to the office on Monday morning.

Try your nerve out against the elements and discover what it feels like to abseil an open rock face or perform a Tyrolean Traverse – a leap off a 120ft cliff followed by propelling at speed across a 150ft gorge.

Big Friday can join these two activities together for a half day of adrenaline-pumping fun.
